While talking on the phone I received a strong telepathic non specific general warning about future attacks on New York and a new Space Shuttle disaster (turned out to be the one over Texas), both possible future events were relayed to me from unknown sources using unknown methods and I immediately vocalized the messages over the phone incorporating them into my conversation before I would forget, or before other telepaths monitoring my thoughts would erase them from my memory, so that the proper authorities (NSA) and others assumed always listening could hear the messages.

[2003-Dec] (Chico, Ca) California Highway Patrol (CHP) targets my Motor Home for registration violation (4000a CVC) and issues an unwarranted fix-it ticket to register my Motor Home in California when I am not even a California resident, I have valid and current registration from Texas of which state I am resident of. I disenrolled from California State University Chico (CSUC) where I was registered and was attending Graduate School as an "out of state student" and I drove my Motor Home to Arizona where I may continue as a graduate student. on the day of the event I was parking my motorhome at Tony's house in Magalia when my brother called in the morning woke me up to tell me to turn on the TV to any news channel, so I did, in my motorhome I had a C-Band satellite tuned to ABC/NBC/whatever east/west news feed channels and I began watching "editors" version of the news, lots of times before in my motorhome I watched "editors" versions of news feeds that are later picked up by network television stations and edited further down inserting local news and information into the program, on this day the news feed was showing images just before any skyscraper collapse, I was watching the video feed with no audio or just editor staff talking back and forth, in the live or nearly live (5-20 min-delay-tape-version) the tower that was to colapse first was smoking heavily as a news helicopter flying around it closely filming the raw footage and this news footage was being edited back-and-forth for network news stations, different cuts of this basic news footage being shown even people falling to ground filmed from the helicopter but not that much concentration on that, the helicopter was filming the upper floors when it came to the collapse, from the news helicopter camera point of view I saw an instantaneous dust cloud blown outwards engulfing the entire upper section of skyscraper clearly in the section above and many minutes after the plane crash, seconds after the instantaneous dust cloud viewed from close flying news helicopter camera this upper section of the building disappeared presumably falling into everything bellow it, but right-away this looked like an explosion to me because nothing else causes instantaneous expansion of dust/glass/papers/gases engulfing entire 13-16 floors above the airplane crash area of skyscraper... I believe the sound of this was heard all over NewYork and by the time it traveled to people on the ground and they turned their heads int the direction of the sound seconds would have passed and the people on the ground would of missed the beginning of the collapse with the instantaneous expansion of gases above the plane crash into the tower, just saying I saw this raw video footage from the news helicopter camera as it was filming flying close to the burning tower and as this video feed was edited live or near live and sent to affiliate news stations to be later further edited down and turned into evening news broadcasts, then this video clip was not seen by me on any of the news stations that day nor on any of the 911 documentary films made by independent investigators...

[APR-2011] (Chico, Ca) California Drivers License from NOV-2005 to APR-2011 there was a "hold" on my drivers license for not appearing in person (in-court) to fight a registration order (via-CHP-ticket) in 2003-DEC for my "already" registered (in Texas) motorhome when I was not a California resident nor was I in state by Feb-2004 for the assigned court date, but before leaving for CES/LV in 2003 December however (since I was just visiting CA) I visited in person the court house located on Oleander st in Chico where I explained/presented my situation with supporting documents that I later had to put in writing and send to same court in "registered-mail" format asking for dismissal since I was already registered with my motorhome in Texas and have NOT moved to CA, so for over five years starting in 2005 California witheld my "driving-priviledge" over this frivolous citation to register my already registered vehicle in CA, on my birthday in 2011 DMV "expunged" the citation and I was allowed to renew my drivers license status... I am not one to hold a grudge but if I ever become rich I am leaving California and spending my money for ... in other places, I am only in Chico CA because I am poor and familiar surroundings (home-advantage) is best when/if you'r poor...
